The 2009 NBA finals began with a spark, and have grown into full flame. After last night's Game 3, broadcast by Time Warner Cable on ABC, the Orlando Magic are back in the competition. The final score of Game 3 was close, with both teams edging towards victory. The Lakers were finally defeated, but not by much - the final score was 108-104. Los Angeles' Kobe Bryant scored 31 points total, with all but ten scored in the first quarter.
Although the Magic are back in the game, they aren't in the clear just yet. To have a realistic shot at the title, Orlando must pull a victory in Game 4 on June 11. Don’t miss the heated competition! For TWC subscribers, Game 4 will air on ABC this Thursday at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Don't forget that June 12 marks the official date of the digital transition. What does this mean for NBA fans? If you do not have a cable subscription, you may not be able to enjoy the action!
