Conan Returns After Injury

During last Friday's taping of "The Tonight Show," one of late night TV's most-watched programs, Conan O'Brian experienced a concussion after falling. O'Brian was filming a skit with Teri Hatcher, who recently finished a triathlon, when the TV host tripped, fell, and hit his head. The late night TV host was rushed to the emergency room and treated for his head injury.

"You could really see his head hit the floor," Hatcher said.

O'Brian returned to the studio last night, and he opened his show with actual video coverage of the infamous fall.
